Apply to damp skin, lather leave on skin for 30-60 seconds (use our exfoliating body net) and rinse. This product contains an AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) which increases sensitivity to the sun. Always protect skin with SPF 30 or higher and limit sun exposure while using this product. Use am/pm 3-4x week work up gradually
